Hey Anyone going to Oliphant today Feb. 6.2012

I know there is next to no chance I will every see it again but just in case a good storm washes it on shore I have lost my Go Pro camera at Sherkston Shores.

I think I didn't line up the holes properly to fasten it. 

That's what you get when you are rushing to hit the water!

Pop There goes my blog cherry!! Sorry not to have any pics up but it seems my apple is a pear when it comes to uploading pics from an itouch to the word. I'm a JAFA; just another f***n Aussie traveling, have been kiting for ages, but only brought my harness as it's not a kiting holiday . I brought my harness as I'd really like to try snow kiting, have snow boarding gear and body armour but no crew , Is snow kiting not really popular here in the land of snow? ... Open to suggestions

I Just got my hands on a Epic Screamer 7m kite! It looks awesome and from the reviews, it seems to be quite the kite for busting huge air! As soon as the lakes freeze over here in Montreal, i will do a full review and post the video. Thanks Dimitri for sending me the kite so quickly!

Saturday September 4th 2010 at 2pm. A Naish Cult 9m was stolen from Endless Surf in Grand Bend Ontario. Man is in his early 40 around 5` 8`` stooky with short hair. serial number on the kite is 165725 . the kite is orange red and white. If this kite is found please contact the police and Endless Surf at 519-238-2813.

In the weeks leading up to the 2010 Triple S Invitational, LF Kiteboarding and REAL Watersports teamed up to create a set of sliders built entirely of reused materials. Dubbed the Liquid Force Recycled Wallride and Kicker, this short segment covers the concept, building and first session with these unique park style features.

Watch Jon Van Malsen charge hard in Brazil from Caulpe Lagoon to Taiba Lagoon.  I had the chance to see some of the footage first hand as it was being filmed and he was absolutely killing it coming straight off an injury (which you can see some of the stitches in the video).

Three of us rode at SBX Outlet beach on Saturday. Breezy rather than gusty, 20+ knots with the occasional lull down to 13-10 knots. Sun was out when we arrived at 1pm but then disappeared for the remainder of the day. Surf was normal for SBX Outlet with some 7ft swell out farther where you would normally find it. Great wind direction for right foot fwd launches off the waves. It was also fun riding southbound and northbound closer to shore where you could really let her rip, again, typical for SBX Outlet. We really had to wonder where everyone else was; to us it was an epic day!
