On The Cover: Only one rider has scored three covers with SBC Kiteboard and that rider is Oahu’s Reo Stevens. He did it first with the  2004 Buyers’ Guide, and again in Summer 2007. He is back two years later, hitting the beaches of Durban, South Africa and scoring some epic summertime surf.
